DO IN NEED TO BE PRESENT FOR MY INSPECTION ?

I recommend you be present for the full inspection, but I understand life sometimes has other plans for us. I will review the report line by line with you if you are not present. This will typically be at the end of the day - 5pm and after. PLEASE do not hesitate to call.

How Long does and inspection take ?

The physical inspection on MOST homes will take about 2hr. The report will take an additional hour or 2 to complete for you. Report will be provide by EOB unless you are notified of any delays. (99.9% of the time it will be same day) That said - I have had home that have taken be as long as 6+ hours. (All depends on the condition of the home)

WILL my REPORT have PHOTOS or VIDEO ?

Yes your report will have photos for both + POSITVE finding and - NEGATIVE(Deficiencies). That is to say even if there is no problem I will include photos as overviews for you to review\see condition of things. Video is only include in report as needed to illustrate something that may be better suited for that format.
