• Private Water Wells• Private Sewage Disposal (Septic) Systems ** In my Opinion these systems are rather specialized. If you are buying a home with Private Well, or Sewage system, I recommend you have a 3rd party Professional evaluate them.
As you can see above the list of "OPTIONAL" is much smaller. They are things that are generally not "part of the home" such as pools, "outbuilding" or additional structure. You can request they be inspected, just select those systems when scheduleing inspection. (see schedule tab)
